Pandiarajan has been instrumental in bringing focus and direction to the initiatives of The Ma Foi Foundation and has inspired many Ma Foi members to contribute their bit for the society.
He is also the Founder Trustee of Confederation of Indian Organizations for Service and Advocacy (CIOSA) that works towards bringing NGOs, corporates and individuals on a common platform for mutual learning.

Co-founder of Ma Foi Group of Companies, Hemalatha Rajan has played a pivotal role in building The Ma Foi Foundation into a sensitive and strategic CSR arm of the organization. Her passion towards empowering women has helped in building a movement of change in the lives of over 50000 women, who are today enjoying economic and emotional independence.
She is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience in Finance, Audit and Executive Search.
Hastha Shivaramakrishnan

Currently the Principal at Tate Leadership Consulting Pvt Ltd, Hastha has been with the organization for over 20 years, handling various critical roles. She has been the Chief Executive of the Executive Search business of Randstad. Hastha Krishnan strongly believes in the capacity of every individual to be able to give a part of oneself to the society, to bring about lasting change.
Her belief in the importance of education for children has motivated many members in Ma Foi to provide career guidance and mentoring to underprivileged children periodically.
Hastha Krishnan holds a Masters Degree in English and has graduated in Sociology.
Aditya Narayan Mishra:

Chief Executive officer of CIEL HR Services, Aditya has handled the operations of various large centers in Ma Foi and Randstad. His commitment to give something to the society, has seen him getting involved in the conceptualization of various activities of the Foundation.
In his current role as a Trustee, he helps in running fund-raising and awareness campaigns for the Foundation.
Mishra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics and Telecommunication) and a Masters in Business Administration from Jadavpur University.
Santhosh Kumar:

Santosh Nair anchors operations of CIEL. He is an MBA with 24 years of work experience, 18+ years in the HR Services industry. Under his leadership, businesses have grown manifold and penetrated deep into the Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities in India breaking many new grounds.
He has handled Search and Selection Business, General Staffing and Professional Staffing Businesses pan India in the past. He has integrated staffing businesses of three companies to build one entity under one brand and the people of the 3 companies to work together in the new entity.
He has the experience of having set up a Shared Services Centre within the merged entity to drive efficiencies and standardisation.
Rowena Scurville :

Rowena has over 20 years of experience in IT /ITES , Educational and Consulting Industry , and has worked with large Organisations like IVL GmbH and US Technologies under the leadership and mentorship of great thought leaders.
founding team member of Great Lakes Institution of Management, Rowena has been mentored by Dr. Bala V Balachander and later by Mr.Pandiarajan. Her experience has been largely in leading teams, setting up systems and processes and engaging in strong student engagements.
